Owners must agree to the terms outlined in this document before boarding their pets.

Woodland Lodge Small Pet Boarding reserves the right to refuse boarding to any pet displaying signs of illness or aggression.

Woodland Lodge reserves the right to separate guests if showing signs of aggression - Owners will be contacted in this instance and this will be chargeable at the nightly rate and will be paid by the owner upon collection.

Woodland Lodge Small Pet Boarding is not liable for any illness, injury, or death of pets during their stay.

Pet Care and Well-being:

Woodland Lodge will provide daily care and attention to all boarded pets.

Special dietary or medical needs of pets must be communicated in advance to ensure proper care. Any unlabelled medicines will not be administered.

Owners are required to provide sufficient food for the entire boarding period, labelled with their pet's name. If additional food is required this will be payable by owner upon collection.

Pet Carriers and Belongings:

Owners are responsible for providing a suitable and secure pet carrier for their pets during transportation and in case of emergencies.

Personal belongings, such as toys or blankets, can be brought but at the owner's own risk.

The information provided by pet owners will only be used for boarding purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Images of pets during their stay will be used on social media pages unless owner states otherwise.

Booking and Cancellation:

Reservations are subject to availability, and advanced booking is recommended to secure a spot.

A deposit will be required to confirm the booking, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation unless specified otherwise.

Fees and Payments:

All boarding fees must be paid in full at the beginning of the boarding period, upon check in of guest.

Additional charges may apply for special services or veterinary care, and owners will be informed in advance.

Emergency Veterinary Care:

In the event of a medical emergency, Woodland Lodge Small Pet Boarding will make every effort to contact the owner or the designated emergency contact.

If unable to reach the owner, the boarding facility reserves the right to seek immediate veterinary care for the pet, with all associated costs to be covered by the owner.

Pick-up and Drop-off:

Owners must adhere to the agreed-upon drop-off and pick-up times to ensure a smooth boarding process.

Late pick-ups may incur additional charges.
